You can go to: http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/nextgen/beta.asp and click
on the CD or DVD orders, and then they only charge shipping ($15 or so).
Note that the MSDN links are the first ones on the page, so make sure you
look down the page.

They are supposed to start shipping July 16.
