[Mono-list] System.Xml

Hi.

Since I recently implemented most of a pull-based XML parser in Java using
System.Xml.XmlReader as a model, I would certainly love to offer to do the
same for a pure C# version.

It could easily be developed in a Windows environment until the necessary
classes from System.IO and System.Net were implemented for Mono at which
point it would be ready to compile and run.

Has anybody started work on this yet?
