[Mono-list] C# coding standards for Mono

It's in the help system under .NET Framework SDK->.NET Framework
Developer Specifications->.NET Framework Design Guidelines. In
particular check out the "Naming Guidelines" section, though the entire
set of design guidelines is also good reading.
