available this weekend.
If you need it earlier feel free to put in a stub class.

Hi all,

The compile for mcs has an error because there is no
"System.Collections.Specialized.NameObjectCollectionBase" yet.  If
gleb@eurosoft.od.ua isn't just about to check it in, I'll put in a stub
class at least.
