[Mono-list] Configuration file info during runtime

System.Configuration is what you are looking for.  I'm currently working on
that section.  System.Configuration.ConfigurationSettings is the only
section that does anything yet. (not in the 0.6 release though)  I'll be
commiting the changes to that file as soon as I verify that it builds
correctly.
