[Mono-list] System testing

Has anyone made a call on using NUnit for system testing?

I would like to get involved in developing a comprehensive system test that
covered:

    1/    Multiple language APIs/environments,
    2/    Distributed systems, and
    3/    Real-time activity.

Being completely ignorant, could someone tell me how hard it would be to do
this using NUnit?

Who's in charge of testing anyway?
(that's a nice 'anyway' not a grumpy one...)
