It´s in the "Windows Component Update" CD, but this CD doesn´t install by 
itself, you start the install with Beta2 CD 1 that then asks for WCU.

ASP.NET won´t work 100% if you´re on NT 4, because it depends on IIS 5.0, 
that only runs on Win2000.
