I put the preliminary version of such utility here:

I think such thing will be useful to me too.
This version is very simple - it takes two files in the command line and
checks only public methods to make sure that the corresponding methods have
the same number of parameters and of the same type.
Please tell me, what kind of output do you want - simply console output
(with exit code to indicate failure/success), or some more sophisticated
(parse-able/formatable) output?
I think I could finish this by Wednesday or so, depending on time available,
but if there is someone willing to take it over I wouldn't mind too ;-)
