[Mono-list] CVS Modules: Was (Short Status of MonoBASIC)

Should we start reworking the cvs modules abit? They are abit unorganized.
We have the class libs in the c# compiler module,
the class libs status info in the runtime module.

We could have:
mono
compiler
mcs
mb
classlib

or something on that order.
compiler would have the code shared between mcs and mb, or maybe that
could be added directly to the classlib module.
