[Mono-docs-list] Where is Visual Basic Documentation?

My OS is Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy.
I have installed mono 1.9.1, monodevelop 1.0 and monodoc 1.9.2 which seem to
be the latest known to Synaptic.

I want to use VB in Mono but am frustrated by the Help which seems to have
all the structure but no content.  The compiler gives error messages but
without decent documentation I can only guess how to deal with the errors. 
Surely there must be some somewhere?  I've tried searching for documentation
but maybe I have not guessed the right keywords!
