[Mono-docs-list] Adding Articles

Hello,

I have composed a document that explains how to use classes within ASP.NET pages. The document is based on the page Sharing Code Between Pages found in the ASP.NET Quick Start Tutorials. 
I would like to contribute this document to the Mono project, and will appreciate any help on how to do it.
