At least 3 exists : MojoPortal (which has been reported to work with
latest Mono sources, it uses WebParts), DotNetNuke (SQL-Server
oriented ?) and Rainbow. I do not have very much information about them.
Did someone on the list used some of these or have recommendation to
make ?

For now it is not an emergency, I can live without that, I can always
provide a content using email.
