[Mono-docs-list] Altering the MonkeyGuide page

I like this.   

You could make the TOC into a template, and then embed this template in
both the Gtk# page, and also on the Monkeyguide.

This looks good.

The "choosing a toolkit" looks like text, not like a link, am not sure
how to make it more prominent.

I think it would be a good idea to embed it;   You can keep consistency
using the templates (we use templates for the "TODO" lists that are
scattered in the site)
