[Mono-docs-list] Wiki: Categoryzing Stuff

This was an experiment by Erik to come up with a new Toc, this was
abandoned more than a year ago, so I would rather just kill it and keep
and improve GtkSharpBeginnersGuide (which btw, we should link from the
Monkeyguide if it is not linked).

Well, XSP is just a test server, so the proper name is probably ASP.NET,
and we will likely have more stuff like this (like the recent
configuration documentation that we have been adding).

This family of pages Config_ will be used to document the .config files
that are used by the runtime.   A major user is Config_system.web, but
we should have some more in the future.

I have added a Config page, that we should link from other places.

Maybe we should distinguish between a resource for developers using
Mono, and a resource intended for developers *developing* Mono itself.
