[Mono-docs-list] Gtk# demo code

Two things:

- I'm working on the Monkeyguide section about ItemFactoryEntry.
Although there are references to an ItemFactoryEntry demo in
gtk-sharp/sample, it apparently hasn't been ported from the GTK+ 
demos yet. Does anyone have useful functioning demo code I could
look at?

- When was the last time anyone looked at the code in gtk-sharp/sample?
When I compile it, I get lots of "____ is obsolete" compiler warnings.
