[Mono-docs-list] Tab Navigation

Hi guys,

Whatever happened to the tab navigation patch? I used Monodoc for the
first time in a while yesterday and I realized that I would kill for
this feature. And, more importantly, I'd like to hack on it myself, but
I don't think the patch was ever publicly posted.
