[Mono-docs-list] Man page support and Linking

As a follow up:

        I think that time has taught me that taking shortcuts seems
        convenient at the time, but later on you will regret it.
        
        I very much rather make sure that Mono.Posix is well documented,
        and copy the documentation from the BSD man pages whenever
        possible (they are the most complete) and adapt the material to
        our exact public interface than just link to an external source
        and add hacks to monodoc to cope with it.
