[Mono-docs-list] Monodoc submit contributions

Hi again!!

The account has been created and an e-mail has been sent to you
(surely).

The password you have to enter is the one on that e-mail.

And this account is different from the cvs-writeable one.

I don't know how exactly works in the backend but I suppose that someone
will inspect what you upload just to be sure...
