Someone could run make update in monodoc/class to run the updater for
the assemblies that we currently have docs. However, Duncan has some
uncommitted patches to the updater and even with those the diff of
_just_ corlib docs is 11MB.

I would prefer if someone could improve the updater or write a special
purpose update tool for this case. Alternatively, someone can go
through all the docs copying over the existing docs into the updated
ones. Once its done this time, updating should be rather painless as
things are much stabler now.
