[Mono-docs-list] Contributing to Mono Handbook

I downloaded and installed monodoc-0.9 this morning and I was wondering 
if there is a procedure for submitting changes/patches to the mono 
handbook.  I see that I can edit the class documentation myself, but not 
the handbook.  Is this something that must be done by hand and submitted 
as a patch file?

If so, can somebody point me to a link for creating patch files?
