I was going to work on getting monodocer and monodocs2html (and the new 
monodocs2slashdoc) into the tutorial, but I'd like to see about getting 
them installed with monodoc first.

Is there any way we can get the exe's in monodoc/tools to 'make install' 
without complicating the makefile in /monodoc/tools with horrendous 
automake/configure junk?
