[Mono-docs-list] Translator from monodoc XML format to Microsoft XML format

Hello everybody,

Given the fact that Kevin is working on a command-line utility to convert
MonoDoc->MS-XML, I consider that it will be a waste of effort if I start
coding such a tool from scratch. So in my opinion the best thing to do now
is just wait untill Kevin finishes its work.

Do you agree?
