[Mono-docs-list] Help compiling monodoc

Hi:

I had a similar problem, and had to update the gtk-sharp/ module from
the cvs. Based on the warnings/errors, I would say you need to do it
again (you didn't mention your mono/gtk-sharp packages versions).
