[Mono-docs-list] Library load failure

Thank you for your help.  I ended up having to install libgtkhtml from
RPM through Red Carpet, for some reason monodoc didn't like gtkhtml when
i built it from source.  But once that was taken care of, everything ran
like clockwork.

Again, thanks for helping me out.
