You could also throw in rpmfind.net as a source of gtkhtml.

I just posted documentation for the ECMA stylesheet at 
http://www.nullenvoid.com/mono/wiki/index.php/ECMAStyleDocumentation. 
Could you put a link to that in the README or in NOTES while you're there?
