How do we specify what license we are putting it under? Also, how are we
going to keep track of what license everything is under?
Honestly, I think most of us would like to spend as little time on
licensing as possible and use the time to write docs, so hope we can
keep this simple. On the other hand, it is better to do this now, as the
size of the task will only grow.
