Maybe this kind of setting could be put into the GConf database, you
wont have to restart MonoDoc for the stuff to be displayed.
Also I use some wird system of loging wich files I install and when I
uninstall a program it uninstalls the files loged .. this configuration
file will be changed and loged and removed when I remove the package in
the system I use. It wont be with the gconf thingy. Anyways thats my two
cents. Anyways I can configure my system to not care about that conf
file hehe.
