[Mono-docs-list] MonoDoc Release: next week.

Hey guys,

   I would like to add back/forward navigational buttons to the browser
and fix a few of the hyperlink features and do a release for next week.

   The plan is to include the current group of ECMA docs, and the Gtk#
docs (and I can be convinced into shipping stubs for some classes if
people express an interest).

   I know that there are a few classes that people have grabbed for
documenting, how are those going?
