[Mono-docs-list] Want to contribute on mono.

Hi,

I am new to mono, but will like to be named as its "oldy" at some point of
time. I will like to contribute to the mono project on the following aspects
that are listed in the IDEAS section:

(1) Implement a Mail API, similar to Camel or JavaMail 
(2) An xsl tool to convert monodoc xml to html documentation.

Please let me know if someone has already started working on this. If yes,
what work has already gone into it.
