The document is a bit incomplete though.

It might be best if we translated the tutorial that the Mono Spaniard
hackers did (available at www.monohispano.org) which is a fairly
extensive tutorial and binds a large API (the MrProject library) to C#.

Ammon at Novell volunteered to do the translations from Spanish.
