I can generate a developer FAQ (initial version) but
I suggest we use either texinfo or docbook to ease
maintenance of the FAQ.
Alternatively I can write a Install FAQ, but I've
got access to limited platforms - therefore I can
provide a framework/outline but can personally
only do limited install documentation.
Maintenance of an HTML format FAQ will severely limit
it's ability to be kept up to date. I strongly
suggest either texinfo or docbook - NOT HTML.
If we can decide format/distribution method, I can
get started.

Kevin
