grr... this m-l is getting heavily spammed.  Perhaps we could consider 
masking it from crawlers or at least require subscription.

Also, as most of the docs work is focussed on the editors, which still look 
a way from being ready to use (or are they?), the mono-docs effort requires 
developers as opposed to documenters.  I think we should make the pages on 
the website reflect this, at least until MonoDoc et al are ready to use.
