Hi Norman,
How's it going with your framework? Can't wait to see more.
I came by a Docbook publishing system also. It's called Borges, which is
the framework which has been created by Mandrake and it's used for the
creation
of the mandrake docs. It supports a multilangual and modulair setup.
When you create a new project it can be copied into a CVS repository and
everybody can start working on different parts.
I had it up and running in 10 minutes
