[Mono-dev] [GSoC2017] Import System.IO.FileStream from CoreFX

Dear devs.

My name is Dong-hee Na who is an undergraduate student of Chungnam National University, South Korea.
I'm really interested in compiler related technology.
Especially for this project, I am really interested in a topic which name is the 'Import System.IO.FileStream from CoreFX’.

Good thing that I am fit with this project that most of my open source work was related with compiler runtime.
but bad thing, it was not C# project. But I have experienced to work with projects by C#, one was server backend and the other one was Unity project(Yes, I know that Unity were based on Mono).

Any feedback will be help for me. Any starting guide will really help to me.
