[Mono-dev] InvalidProgramException running .NET 4.0 app

Hi,

I'm trying to disable local copy of the dll in the project reference, but
> right-click menu for "local Copy" is grayed out.

I don't know why it's disable but you can still remove the file in
bin/Debug to check it fixes your issue.
