[Mono-dev] Mono4 + xsp problem on win10

Hello All

I m using a mono 3.2.3 with xsp2 to run a simple webservice with asmx
files.
and run very well

I update to mono4 on Windows 10.
And now the xsp not respond on webbrowser.
And  no error is presented to me



there is a problem on mono4 with win10 ?
