[Mono-dev] State of TLS, SslStream and HttpWebRequest support in Mono

Seems to be good news!!!

Could you please tell me from which mono released version it is getting
supported.
Actually I have tried websocket with certificate based authentication for
client & server with mono 4.0 & it was not working for ECDSA.(I am testing
on Ubuntu14.04)
