Cool, well at least we know it is not perms issue...

You can always run make with --keep-going and see it the rest of the gacutil calls are an issue but everything is ok... (fingers crossed)

Try something like:

make --keep-going install 2>&1 | tee /tmp/monooinstall.log

and that way you can grep out the failures after the run...
