I very much agree, but currently when multiple PR builds are scheduled you're waiting a couple of hours for the result which is not ideal either.
Jo advised me to bring this up on the mailing list, I'm not really happy with my suggestion as well...

Why should we not test changes on ARM?
It's as important as the intel targets and breaking it comes with the same issues.

The Jenkins ARM builds cause quite some delays in PR building as they are slower than an amd64/i386 build and Jenkins can only start the next build when the previous one finished on all architectures.
What's your opinion on switching off the ARM builds for pull requests for now until more workers can be brought online to better handle PR spikes?
