[Mono-dev] Error compiling master - Dynamic does not exist"

Hi all,

I'm doing some work on mono, and everything was working fine until I did a
rebase against master, and now I'm getting an error when running make.  I
haven't touched anything at this level, so I don't think it's something
I've done, so thought I'd check first.
