[Mono-dev] PR1375: cleanup

Hey,

I love this patch, and I also love the patch from Alexander to remove
deprecated code.

But we have a relatively large patch that changes a lot of files, and I am
afraid that landing these changes now will make our currently forked tree a
pain to merge.   We need about two more weeks to merge those patches, then
we can proceed to remove this stuff.
