Hi Alex!
I'm sorry for not getting this done earlier, but I'm working on the FSW issues right now (fixing failed tests with https://github.com/mono/mono/pull/1386 right now) If have trouble finishing this week, I will revert the revamp and save it for the next release.- Alexis

As far as I can see, the only things preventing us from having a green Jenkins build again are as follows:

- 69 unit test failures in Microsoft.Build -> those are caused by the recent removal of the 2.0 profile
- 5 unit test failures in System.Web.DynamicData -> those failed after the integration of System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotations from MS referencesource
- the unhandled exception in the System.Web test suite -> caused by the FileWatcher changes

The last one is the more significant one, it's been this way since almost a month. @alexischr said he would take a look into it: https://github.com/mono/mono/commit/717c6de1cc49dabb2ecaa2a844a8b2b162c21440#commitcomment-8373085

Alexis, can you give us a quick update on your investigation?
