[Mono-dev] Printing under Windows with Gtk#

Hi

I have updated to Mono 3.2.8 on Windows and is unable to print with Gtk#
(gtk3). Everything else is working with Gtk#, but when trying to print,
not print dialog is opened and the program hangs.

* I have [STAThread] on my main function.
* gtk3-demo.exe is able to print.
* I have testet with the official windows Mono 3.2.7 and it's not
working.
* I have testet with the official windows Mono 3.0.10 and it is working
* Mono 3.2.8 is printing fine on Linux and Mac
* I have compiled without parallel marks still not working
* Both Boehm and SGen is not working

Something is broken with printing on windows from 3.2 and up.
Unfortunately there is no packages between 3.0.10 and 3.2.7 for windows.

My guess is that it has something to do with [STAThread]

There are no exceptions or dumps of any kind. It just hangs.

Anyone has any idea ?
