[Mono-dev] monolite URL

Monolite is currently at v113 from the URL that is used in the makefile (http://storage.bos.xamarin.com/mono-dist-master/latest/monolite-113-latest.tar.gz).  
As Brandon already pointed out, you can get the monolite that was built from a specific commit, e.g. one commit that produced monolite-111 would be http://storage.bos.xamarin.com/mono-dist-master/cb/cb33b94c853049a43222288ead1e0cb059b22783/monolite-111-latest.tar.gz
 
Alternatively, you can also bootstrap the Mono build without monolite by just installing the latest Mono release from http://www.mono-project.com/download

I had to do something along the lines of this on CentOS to build with monolite

yum install libtool autotools gcc-c++ gitgit clone https://github.com/mono/mono.gitcd monogit checkout mono-3.2.6./autogen.shmake monolite_url=http://storage.bos.xamarin.com/mono-dist-master/bf/bf17a43b31a2be16f462ffdf1ae3d9801b846e90/monolite-110-latest.tar.gz get-monolite-latestmake
