[Mono-dev] mono from git will not build on cygwin 32

As a thought, it might be a good idea to have a simplified system for being
able to do development on things like class libraries where people can get
up and running within 2-3 minutes. As of now it seems getting an
environment setup is a major impediment that prevents a lot of people from
contributing.
