[Mono-dev] New GSoC projects

Reader will be discontinued on July 1st.
My Idea is to develop a Reader using xwt as a desktop application or
 develop a web application to read RSS and other feeds.
I have submitted a similar kind of proposal for GSoc 2011 for Mono which
was rejected.
