[Mono-dev] Could not determine the host path corresponding

When trying to Cross-Compile any mono-3.1.x and 3.2.x using Build-MinGW32
script it always gets an error during build (Note - the 3.0.7 and 3.0.12
build all the way thru but ANY builds AFTER 3.0.12 now give this error on
Ubuntu Linux using mingw32 cross-compiler):
