[Mono-dev] SqlConnection Encrypt not implemented - prevents SQL Azure connection

I'm curious if there are any plans to implement the Encrypt option on the
SqlConnection, which would enable mono apps to connect to SQL Azure?  If
there are no plans, is there any guidance on how someone motivated enough
might contribute code to this or work around it?  Or is it a
next-to-impossible type of task?
