[Mono-dev] FIXED: Cannot cast from source type to destination type

I provided a wannabe-FIX for bug

Looking at how datagrid saves viewstate and then loads it I noticed 
some wrong array index. I think it's due to removed prepocessor rules 
without removing duplicate code.
What you think about it? Can someone validate the code and check-in to trunk?
