[Mono-dev] Building Mono on OSX from GitHub

Thanks! I had remembered the su command but forgot sudo! That fixed that
problem and I got autoconf, automake, and libtool configured, maked, and
make installed fine. Went to run autogen on mono and it gave me the same
error as I got before installing them!
